What can I expect?

Once you have booked in for an initial call you will receive an email confirming the appointment.
I will contact you and we will have an opportunity to get to know each other better and get us ready to begin our work together, I will also look at booking in your assessment appointment once we are both in agreement about working together.

Our First Appointment
We will complete an assessment together to see where you are with things and what you would like to gain from counselling, it will also give me the opportunity to ensure my skills match your needs to make sure you get the most out of your therapeutic journey.

In our following appointments we will spend time discussing what you feel is important and we will explore things at a pace that suits you.

Endings are a challenge for some people however you have full control over the ending of our sessions together. I only ask that you offer some feedback or a review once sessions are finished to allow me to develop and support future clients in the best possible way I can.
Sessions are currently offered over the phone, remotely and face to face please use the book now link to discuss this further.
